Ingredients

  • papadi gathiya 100 gms

  • sev 50 gms

  • Juice of lemon 2 nos

  • Powder Sugar 5 tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 2 tsp

  • ginger and green chilli paste 1 tsp

  • fannel seeds 1 tsp

  • sesame seeds 1 tsp

  • maida 250 gms

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt to Taste 1/2 tsp

  • Water as required 1 cups

    Heat oil and pour in maida. Add salt to taste and knead paratha's dough from water.

    Take gathiya and sev in mixture jar with ginger and green chilli. Crush it.

    Now take crushed ingredients in bowl and add all spice. Don't add salt because gathiya and sev are already salted.

    Mix well.

    Make puri from dough and put gathiya mixture and make ball.

    Deep fry it in heat oil on slow flame till pink brown.

    Kachori is ready to serve. You can serve these as starter in party, bring with you while traveling, pack in tiffin of your husband and children.

    You can store this for month. It is famous in Gujarat.
