make ginger and garlic to a paste.
roast gram flour in the non stick pan on low heat stiring continuously.
apply lemon juice on chicken and keep aside
mix hung curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt, green chillies and roasted gram flour to make the marination.
marinate chicken drumsticks in above mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour.
slit drumstick well and put the cooked minced chicken inside it
skewer marinated chicken drumstick and roast in a moderately hot charcoal fired tandoor or In a preheated oven at 220 degree Celsius for 20 minutes
Add cheese on top of drumsticks
reduce oven temperature to 180 degree Celsius and further cook for 15 minutes
serve hot sprinkled with chat masala
