Ingredients

  • sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp

  • jardaloo(Apricot) soaked overnight in water 10 nos

  • boneless chicken breast cut into two pieces 1 nos

  • chopped coriander 1 sprig

  • salt to taste 1 tbsp

  • oil for brushing 2 tbsp

  • garlic cloves chopped 4 nos

  • grated cheese 3 tbsp

  • hung curd 100 gms

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • cumin powder 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    mix hung curd, chopped garlic, salt,cumin powder, cheese well and marinate the chicken for 2 hours.

  • 02

    make a paste of apricots, sweet chilli sauce, red chilli powder in mixer and rub it on marinated chicken pieces. Keep it aside for 1 hr.

  • 03

    grilled chicken in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 35 minutes. Brush oil meanwhile.

  • 04

    Ganesh with chopped coriander on it

  • 05

    serve hot with burnt garlic rice.
