Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5 nos soft cabbage leaves


  • 250 gms chicken, minced well


  • 1 tbsp salt to taste


  • 1 nos carrot chopped


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves, chopped


  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 nos egg


  • 2 tbsp chili powder


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seed for garnishing


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

Directions

  • mix the carrots,coriander leaves, salt, 1 tbsp chili powder,egg with chicken. Keep aside for 10 minutes
  • stuff the chicken mix in each cabbage leaf and roll. Tie with garlic leaf if needed.
  • in a steamer steam this cabbage rolls for 15 minutes
  • on a pan heat up 1 tbsp oil
  • Pan fry the rolls.
  • in a wok heat up 1 tbsp oil
  • add chopped garlic.Saute well.
  • add soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder.cook on high flame
  • now arrange the rolls on a plate.
  • Pour the sauce from top.
  • garnish with roasted sesame seeds and serve.
