Soak lobiya for 6 hours
Then in a pressure cooker add soaked lobiya,salt to taste,and make 4 whistle
In a pan add oil,heat it,then add mustard seeds,asafetida,and garlic paste,
Then add tomato pury
Cook till oil come out 3_4 min.
Then add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,kitchen king masala,salt to taste,
Mix well,now add boiled lobiya,and cook for 4_5 min.
Then serve it in serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander
