Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups lobiya


  • 2 cups tomato pury


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly paste


  • 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste

Directions

  • Soak lobiya for 6 hours
  • Then in a pressure cooker add soaked lobiya,salt to taste,and make 4 whistle
  • In a pan add oil,heat it,then add mustard seeds,asafetida,and garlic paste,
  • Then add tomato pury
  • Cook till oil come out 3_4 min.
  • Then add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,kitchen king masala,salt to taste,
  • Mix well,now add boiled lobiya,and cook for 4_5 min.
  • Then serve it in serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander
