Ingredients

Serves 4

  • FOR CHICKEN BALLS: - minced chicken 250 gms

  • egg 1 nos

  • Refined flour 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Oil for frying 2 cups

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • FOR MANCHURIAN SAUCE: - Finally chopped onions 1 nos

  • Finally chopped garlic 1 tbsp

  • Finally chopped ginger 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Soya sauce 2 tsp

  • Red chilly sauce 2 tbsp

  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp

  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

  • Chicken stock or water 2 cups

  • Spring onions green 1 tbsp

  • Corn starch 2 tbsp

  • Capsicum cut in julians 1/2 cups

  • Oil 1 tbsp

Directions

    FOR CHICKEN BALLS:- wash minced chicken carefully and put it in a bowl.

    Add salt and pepper, egg, red chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste and refined flour in it. Mix well.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Make small balls from mixture and Deep fry them until golden and crispy.

    Drain out on absorbent paper and keep aside.

    FOR MANCHURIAN GRAVY: - heat oil in a kadai.

    Add ginger garlic in it and saute for a while.

    Add onions and capsicum in it and saute for two minutes on high flame.

    Add salt and pepper, soya souce, Tomato sauce, chilly sauce and vinegar in it. Stir well.

    Add chicken balls in it. Stir well and add two cup water in it.

    Let it come to boil.

    Take two table spoon water and add corn starch in it. Mix well and add it into the manchurian. Stir well.

    Add onions greens in it and cook until thickens.

    It's ready. Garnish with Onions green.

    Serve hot.
