Soya granules - 1cup (crushed)
Oil 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Onion 2medium sized (finely chopped)
Ginger 1inch (grated)
Garlic 4cloves (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Frozen green peas 1/2cup
Gram masala powder 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1teaspoon
Take a bowl add soya granules crushed then add milk and keep it aside.
Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds saute.
Add onion fry till it golden brown, then add ginger and garlic fry for 1min.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and 1 tablespoon water fry for 3-4min.
Add soaked soya granules fry till it dries up.
Add gram masala powder and green peas cook for 5min.
Add coriander leaves and lemon juice mix it well then turn off the flame.
Soya Matar keema is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
