Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cottage cheese 250 gm.

  • Refined flour 2 tablespoons

  • Salt 2 teaspoon

  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon

  • Mixed Herbs 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 2 cup for frying

  • bread crumbs 1 cup

  • chaat masala 1 teaspoon

Directions

    Cut the paneer in cubes.

  • 02

    add refined flour in a bowl.

  • 03

    Add one teaspoon salt , 1/2 teaspoon pepper and mix Herbs in it. Mix well.

    add a little water in it and mix properly so no Lumps formed.

    make a thick slury.

  • 06

    Add cheese cubes in it. mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    add Salt and Pepper , chaat masala and bread crumbs into a wide bowl. mix well.

    Add paneer cubes into bread crumbs and roll on it so that bread crumbs better coated on it.

    refrigerate for 15 minutes.

    heat oil in a pan.

  • 11

    fried these cheese cubes until Golden and crispy.

    drain out on absorbent paper.

    Serve hot.
