heat 1 cup water in a pan. add maggi and maggi masala in it. Mix well.
cook Maggi until the moisture evaporated. keep aside.
Grind rice flakes in grinder into a fine powder.
Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl.
add salt, mix Herbs, garlic powder, rice flakes powder and chilli flakes in it. mix properly.
divide the mixture into equal portions.
take some mixture and flatten with your palm.
put one spoon Maggi on it. fold it carefully.
Press these balls between your palm.
heat oil in a pan.
Fry these Maggi balls in it on high flame.
Drain it on absorbent paper.
serve hot with tomato sauce.
