Pancakes: mix together all the dry ingredients.
Now add all the spices and veggies
Add sour curd or buttermilk
Mix thoroughly avoiding lumps.
Medium consistency is required
Now heat a non stick pan , spread very little oil and spread around 1 tbsp of the batter evenly
Let it cook on medium flame from one side followed by the other side
Repeat with the remaining batter
Stir fry Broccoli : Heat oil in a pan add the parboiled broccoli florets and tomato dices
Cook for a minute and switch off the gas
Add salt and black pepper as per taste
In a serving plate arrange the pancakes place a spoonful of broccoli stir fry on top
Grate some paneer on top
