Boil water in a wok and add grated ginger, carrot and salt in it
Add rava in it and mix it nicely so that no lumps formed
Add one spoon oil in it and mix it
Take this batter in a plate and let it cool
As it cooled down grease your hand and knead it to form a smooth dough
Make lemon size ball from dough
Steam all the balls in a steamer for 10 min
Heat one tbsp oil in a wok and add mustard seeds and jeera asit crackle add both dal in it
As dal changes colour add curry leaves, red chilly and slited green chilly and mix it
Add kashmiri mirch and add steamed rava balls in it and mix it nicely
Garnish it with chopped green coriander and serve hot
