Blend chana dal green chillies , ginger , green chillies ,dried coriander leaves into a coarse paste.
Transfer in a bowl.
Add onion , salt , red chilli powder , coarsely crushed corainder seeds and mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into vadas
Deep fry these vadas till golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
