Ingredients

  • leftover dal 1 cups

  • semolina 1 cups

  • coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cups

  • salt to taste 1 tsp

Directions

    In a large bowl take leftover dal

  • 02

    add semolina, coriander leaves and salt mix together

  • 03

    Divide the mixture into equal portion and shape them into balls

  • 04

    Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. 

  • 05

    Place balls and cook, till both sides are evenly golden. Drain on absorbent paper.

  • 06

    serve hot with green chatny
