Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups leftover dal


  • 1 cups semolina


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • In a large bowl take leftover dal
  • add semolina, coriander leaves and salt mix together
  • Divide the mixture into equal portion and shape them into balls
  • Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. 
  • Place balls and cook, till both sides are evenly golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • serve hot with green chatny
