Ingredients

  • Chicken 1/2 kgs

  • onions 3 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2/3 tbsp

  • Green Chili 8 nos

  • tomato 250 nos

  • Coriander Powder 2/3 tsp

  • Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 150 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Curd 250 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 100 tsp

  • Coriander ,Mint Leaves 1/3 cups

  • Curry Leaves 1 nos

  • Coconut Oil 100 cups

  • ghee 3 tsp

  • Biryani Rice 2 cups

  • Cinnamon Stick 100 nos

  • Cloves 2 nos

  • Elaykka 2 nos

  • Water 4-5 cups

Directions

    add all masala powder, salt to the chicken and mix it well..rest for 30 minute's and fry the chicken

    To the oil ad all vegetables little salt and saut it well

  • 03

    After that add lemon juice, curd, and tge the fried chicken .. Allows to boiling ,then add all leaves and turns off the flame

    Next, wash tge rice and drain,

    Take a pan aad ghee, then add clove, cinnamon etc items.....

    Add 4 cup water to it and allows to boiling, then add the rice and salt..mix well .cook it for 10minutes for 80 % cook only need...

    Next, add the rice into top of the chicken masala and cook for 10 minute in alow flame...after tgen mix it all serve it
