Ingredients

  • Chicken....1/2 kg

  • Onions..3

  • ginger garlic paste..2 tbsp

  • green chilli..8

  • tomato..2

  • coriander powder..2 tsp

  • chili powder..1 tsp

  • turmeric powder..1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala..1 tsp

  • black pepper powder..1 tsp

  • curd. 2 tsp

  • Lemin juice..1 sp

  • Coriander, mint leaves..1/3 cup

  • Curryleaves..1 whole

  • Coconut oil..1 cup

  • Ghee..3sp

  • Biryani rice..2 cup

  • Cinnamon stick...1

  • Clove..2

  • Elaykka..2

  • Water...4 cup

Directions

    add all masala powder, salt to the chicken and mix it well..rest for 30 minute's and fry the chicken

    To the oil ad all vegetables little salt and saut it well

    After that add lemon juice, curd, and tge the fried chicken .. Allows to boiling ,then add all leaves and turns off the flame

    Next, wash tge rice and drain,

    Take a pan aad ghee, then add clove, cinnamon etc items.....

    Add 4 cup water to it and allows to boiling, then add the rice and salt..mix well .cook it for 10minutes for 80 % cook only need...

    Next, add the rice into top of the chicken masala and cook for 10 minute in alow flame...after tgen mix it all serve it
