Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1/2 kgs chicken


  • 3 nos onions


  • 2/3 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 8 nos green chili


  • 250 nos tomato


  • 2/3 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 150 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 250 tsp curd


  • 100 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/3 cups coriander ,mint leaves


  • 1 nos curry leaves


  • 100 cups coconut oil


  • 3 tsp ghee


  • 2 cups biryani rice


  • 100 nos cinnamon stick


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 2 nos elaykka


  • 4-5 cups water

Directions

  • add all masala powder, salt to the chicken and mix it well..rest for 30 minute's and fry the chicken
  • To the oil ad all vegetables little salt and saut it well
  • After that add lemon juice, curd, and tge the fried chicken .. Allows to boiling ,then add all leaves and turns off the flame
  • Next, wash tge rice and drain,
  • Take a pan aad ghee, then add clove, cinnamon etc items.....
  • Add 4 cup water to it and allows to boiling, then add the rice and salt..mix well .cook it for 10minutes for 80 % cook only need...
  • Next, add the rice into top of the chicken masala and cook for 10 minute in alow flame...after tgen mix it all serve it
