  • Chicken leg pieces 4 nos

  • Salt to taste 2 tbsp

  • gram flour 4 tbsp

  • butter 1 tbsp

  • ghee 4 tbsp

  • oil 10 tbsp

  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • Onion Chopped 1 nos

  • Garlic Cloves 8 nos

  • chopped ginger 1 tbsp

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • Khoya Kheer 50 gms

  • Poppy Seeds Paste 2 tbsp

  • Cashew Nut Paste 2 tbsp

  • Hung Curd 200 gms

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Kewra Water 1 tbsp

  • Rose Water 1 tbsp

  • Meetha Atar 1 drop

Directions

    heat the butter in a pan.

  • 02

    now roast the gram flour for 2 minutes

  • 03

    make a fine paste with onion,chillies, ginger and garlic

  • 04

    marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except oil

  • 05

    marinate the chicken for 1 hour

  • 06

    now heat up oil (not more than 120 degree)and ghee in a flat heavy bottomed Kadhai.

    pour the marination and chicken pieces in the kadhai

  • 08

    cook the chicken pieces in low flame for 2 hours

  • 09

    Serve chicken Chaap with biryani.
