Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Cooked Rice 1 cups

  • Gram Flour 3 tbsp

  • Curd 2 tbsp

  • Chopped Green Chilies 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/8 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1/2 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1/8 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Take bowl and add all ingredients without oil.

    Rest it for 2.5 hours

  • 03

    After 2.5 take samll part of rice mixture and deep fry it in hot oil.

    Fry till become cryisp.

  • 05

    Serve it with tea and chatani.

  • 06

    Please note 1. give time including cooking time of rice also. 2. You can make this with leftover rice also. 3. Keep mixture as thik don't add water
