Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups cooked rice


  • 3 tbsp gram flour


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 2 tsp chopped green chilies


  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/8 tsp asafoetida


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

Directions

  • Take bowl and add all ingredients without oil.
  • Rest it for 2.5 hours
  • After 2.5 take samll part of rice mixture and deep fry it in hot oil.
  • Fry till become cryisp.
  • Serve it with tea and chatani.
  • Please note 1. give time including cooking time of rice also. 2. You can make this with leftover rice also. 3. Keep mixture as thik don't add water
