Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos leftover chapathis


  • 1 tbsp leftover tomato pachadi


  • 1 nos rgg


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 2 sprig coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp mutton masala


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 15-20 ml oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp urad dal

Directions

  • Shred left over chapati into small pieces
  • heat oil in a kadai
  • add mustard seeds and urad dal
  • Saute well then add onion and curry leaves
  • add 1 tablespoon of leftover tomato Pachadi
  • saute well and then add 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder, salt and Mutton Masala
  • after 1 minute break open the egg and add it
  • once the egg is half cooked add the shredded pieces of Chapathi
  • stirwell till the egg is well coated on the pieces of Chapati
  • garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
  • Egg kothu Parotta made with leftover chapati and tomato Pachadi is ready
