Ingredients
Serves 4
Chicken 1 kgs
Tomato Puree 2 cups
Onion Shallots 5-7 nos
Curd 1/2 cups
Onion Puree 2 nos
Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander Chopped 2 tsp
chicken masala 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1/2 nos
Grated coconut 1 tsp
Pure Ghee 2 tbsp
Pepper Corns 4-5 nos
Fenugreek Seeds 1/2 tsp
Golden Fried Onion Paste 1 tsp
Deggi Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Directions
Heat pure ghee in a cooker
Add onion shallots and fry till color change. Keep aside.
In the remainig ghee, add onion puree, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, coconut and stir well
Now add fenugreek seeds, garam masala, chicken masala, turmeric, corriander powder salt and degi chilli powder, golden brown onions paste and curd
Saute with little water until oil separates
Now add chicken and onion shallots and pressure cook
Garnish with rice or roti
