Heat pure ghee in a cooker
Add onion shallots and fry till color change. Keep aside.
In the remainig ghee, add onion puree, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, coconut and stir well
Now add fenugreek seeds, garam masala, chicken masala, turmeric, corriander powder salt and degi chilli powder, golden brown onions paste and curd
Saute with little water until oil separates
Now add chicken and onion shallots and pressure cook
Garnish with rice or roti
