Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken 1 kgs

  • Tomato Puree 2 cups

  • Onion Shallots 5-7 nos

  • Curd 1/2 cups

  • Onion Puree 2 nos

  • Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Turmeric 1 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Fresh Coriander Chopped 2 tsp

  • chicken masala 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1/2 nos

  • Grated coconut 1 tsp

  • Pure Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Pepper Corns 4-5 nos

  • Fenugreek Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Golden Fried Onion Paste 1 tsp

  • Deggi Chilli Powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat pure ghee in a cooker

  • 02

    Add onion shallots and fry till color change. Keep aside.

    In the remainig ghee, add onion puree, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, coconut and stir well

  • 04

    Now add fenugreek seeds, garam masala, chicken masala, turmeric, corriander powder salt and degi chilli powder, golden brown onions paste and curd

  • 05

    Saute with little water until oil separates

  • 06

    Now add chicken and onion shallots and pressure cook

  • 07

    Garnish with rice or roti
