Ingredients

Chicken Breast 250 gms
Finely Chopped Tomato-medium 1 nos
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1/3 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Peri-Peri Masala 1 tsp
Honey 2 tsp
Sesame Seeds 1 tsp
Directions
Cut the chicken breast into long strips.
Take a bowl add the chicken strips,lemon juice,black pepper powder,garlic powder,ginger powder, peri-peri masala, red chilli masala,chaat masala , chopped tomato and salt.
Mix all the ingredients with the chicken strips nicely.
Heat a pan , put the chicken strips and cover the lid and cook for about 5mins on low flame.
After 5mins open the lid and stir the chicken strips.
Let the water from the chicken dries up add honey and stir it.
Turn off the gas and garnish the chicken strips with sesame seeds on top of it.
