Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms chicken boneless


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • 1 tbsp for sauce: chopped garlic


  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tbsp chopped green chili


  • 1 cups chopped onion


  • 1/2 cups capsicum chopped


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp chili sauce


  • 1 tsp tomato sauce


  • 1/4 tsp safar


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 1 tsp corn flour


  • 1/4 cups spring onion;chopped


  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp butter/oil


  • 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder

Directions

  • Take cleaned chicken in a bowl add cornflour,black pepper, salt and mix well
  • Set aside to for 30 mins for marination
  • Heat oil for frying , drop chicken and fry till golden brown. Drain and set aside
  • Heat the butter in a pan, add garlic ,ginger and saute till raw smell goes off
  • Now add onion and capsicum and saute till, onions are translucent and tender
  • Add green Chilli and mix well
  • Add all sauces ,water,sugar and corn flour in a mixing bowl and mix well
  • Add to the mixture to the frying pan
  • Add fried chicken and cook for 2 mins and salt
  • Add chopped spring onion
  • Serve hot
