Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups for falafel... chickpea(soaked overnight)


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups oil


  • 1 nos onion medium sized (finely chopped)


  • 1 tsp celery - (finely chopped)


  • 2 nos garlic -cloves


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 cups for hummus.. chickpea (boiled)


  • 1/4 cups olive oil


  • 2 nos garlic cloves


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (dry roasted)

Directions

  • For falafel.. Take a jar add soaked chickpea then add salt, garlic and turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon water blend it coarsely.
  • Transfer this in bowl then add celery and onion mix it well.
  • Take a pan add oil then make Falafel from the mixture.
  • Put it in oil and deep fry it till it golden brown.
  • For the hummus... Take a jar add boiled chickpea, garlic,sesame seeds salt and 2tablespoons olive oil blend it in smooth paste.
  • Take a serving plate add hummus in centre then make whole in it and fill the hole with olive oil.
  • Put falafel around the hummus and garnish it with chickpea and mint leaf.
