For falafel.. Take a jar add soaked chickpea then add salt, garlic and turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon water blend it coarsely.
Transfer this in bowl then add celery and onion mix it well.
Take a pan add oil then make Falafel from the mixture.
Put it in oil and deep fry it till it golden brown.
For the hummus... Take a jar add boiled chickpea, garlic,sesame seeds salt and 2tablespoons olive oil blend it in smooth paste.
Take a serving plate add hummus in centre then make whole in it and fill the hole with olive oil.
Put falafel around the hummus and garnish it with chickpea and mint leaf.
