Ingredients
Serves 4
vermicelli 200g
milk 300ml
sugar 3cups
dry fruits (almond,walnut,cashew nut,pistachios) 100g
ghee 2 tspn
wheat flour 2tspn
water 100ml
Directions
boil milk and sugar
Take a bowel and add 2 tablespoon of wheat flour and mix it with out any lumbs And add to the boiling Mixture, Cook for 5 minutes keep stirring to avoid any lumbs formed under.
Add roasted vermicelli cook for 10mins and dry fruits until it’s done and enjoy it hot
Vermicelli and dry fruits must be roasted in ghee.
