Peek the bitter gourd, cut from the middle, remove seeds and wash properly.
Boil the bitter gourd with salt and water for 10 minutes to remove its bitterness.
Heat oil in a wok. Add fenugreek seeds and nigella seed. Sauté it for few seconds.
Add onions till dark golden color.
Add in chana daal and all masala including salt.
Now add tomatoes and cook for a while.
Add 1 cup of water and cook daal till it's done. add ghee in the end.
Stuff this into bitter gourd.
Garnish with coriander leaves. And serve with boiled rice.
