Take a kadai and put some ghee in it.
Now heat it and add sliced onion in it.
Saute it and add capsicum and again saute it for a minute.
Stirr continously snd add tomato puree.
Mix it properly and cover it with lid for 2 mins.
Now after that stirr it and add all the dry ingredients spices.
Keep stirring and finally add cubed paneer in the masala.
Saute it for a minute so that if little bit water remains,then it is evaporated.
Now garnish it with chopped corriander leaves.
Serve it with chapatis or bread or without it.
