Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 150 gms paneer


  • 1/2 nos capsicum :cut into julienne


  • 1 nos onion :cut into slices


  • 2 nos tomato pureed or finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp tandoori masala

Directions

  • Take a kadai and put some ghee in it.
  • Now heat it and add sliced onion in it.
  • Saute it and add capsicum and again saute it for a minute.
  • Stirr continously snd add tomato puree.
  • Mix it properly and cover it with lid for 2 mins.
  • Now after that stirr it and add all the dry ingredients spices.
  • Keep stirring and finally add cubed paneer in the masala.
  • Saute it for a minute so that if little bit water remains,then it is evaporated.
  • Now garnish it with chopped corriander leaves.
  • Serve it with chapatis or bread or without it.
