Boneless chicken paste 200 gms
Onion paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
chopped green chillies 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped corriender leaves 1 cups
Finely chopped pudina leaves 1/2 cups
Bread crumbs 1/2 cups
Salt : to taste 2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
oil for deep frying 2 tbsp
On a mixing bowl add chicken paste ,onion paste,ginger garlic paste,chopped green chillies,garam masala powder,nutmeg powder,chaat masala,1 teaspoon salt, chopped dhania leaves,chopped pudina leaves and mix it finely to make a dough.
From the dough make small balls and give a shape of chicken fingers.
Make the fingers size according to your own choice.
Now on a plate spread bread crumbs with pinch of salt and roll the chicken fingers one after the other to coat it.
Heat oil on a pan and deep fry the chicken fingers one by one very delicately until golden in colour.
Serve the hot dhania pudina chicken fingers with any chutneys or dips of your choice.
