Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 200 gms boneless chicken paste


  • 1 tsp onion paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder


  • 1 cups finely chopped corriender leaves


  • 1/2 cups finely chopped pudina leaves


  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs


  • 2 tsp salt : to taste


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 2 tbsp oil for deep frying

Directions

  • On a mixing bowl add chicken paste ,onion paste,ginger garlic paste,chopped green chillies,garam masala powder,nutmeg powder,chaat masala,1 teaspoon salt, chopped dhania leaves,chopped pudina leaves and mix it finely to make a dough.
  • From the dough make small balls and give a shape of chicken fingers.
  • Make the fingers size according to your own choice.
  • Now on a plate spread bread crumbs with pinch of salt and roll the chicken fingers one after the other to coat it.
  • Heat oil on a pan and deep fry the chicken fingers one by one very delicately until golden in colour.
  • Serve the hot dhania pudina chicken fingers with any chutneys or dips of your choice.
