Ingredients
Serves 2
Chicken 150 gms
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Grated Coconut 1/4 cups
Whole Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Small Onions 8 nos
garlic 8 nos
ginger 1 inch
green chillies 2 nos
Thin Coconut Slices 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat a pan add grated coconut,4nos small onion,black pepper ,2nos garlic and fry
Add turmeric powder,Coriander powder saute well
Add red chilly powder saute well
Grind fried coconut and mix into thick paste
Add marinated chicken with thick coconut paste and cook well
Add ginger,garlic saute well
Add sliced onion and green chillies and curry leaves saute well
Add this to the prepared chicken and mix well
Add roasted coconut pieces into the prepared chicken mix
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot parotta,roti or with steamed rice
