Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Boneless chicken 1/4 kgs

  • Potato (finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Onion(finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Ginger - big (finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Garlic cloves (finely chopped) 5 nos

  • Bun 5 nos

  • Coriander leaves 6 nos

  • Capsicum (finely chopped) 1/2 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp

  • Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tbsp

  • Oil 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Bread crumbs 1/2 bowls

  • Cherry 5 nos

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan

    Add onion, garlic and Ginger

  • 03

    When it become soft add turmeric powder and saute till the raw smell goes away

  • 04

    Add coriander powder and saute till the raw smell goes away

    Add red chilly powder

    Add chicken and potato. mix well

  • 07

    Cover it and cook for 10 mintues

    Then add garam masala and salt. cover and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add capsicum and coriander leaves then cover it for 2 minutes and turn off the flame

    let it cool. and grind it into a smooth paste. if the mixture is too loose then add some bread crumbs

    Cut the bun horizontally and heat it a little, then stuff the batter into it.

    decorate it with cherry. AND THE POTO CHICKEN BURGER IS DONE......
