Directions
brake sewai . dry roast in pan
chop and fry dry fruits.
add ghee in a pan and roast sewai again
in a pan add milk . let the milk reduced
add milk powder. malai . sugar green cardamom.
add the ghee roasted sewai. dry fruits into thickened milk called quimam and cover it . cook for 3 to 5 minuets over low heat then switch off the gas let it covered for an hour.
