  • chicken 500 gms

  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  • Poppy seed soked 50 gms

  • curd 100 gms

  • chal magaj 50 gms

  • peanut 50 gms

  • jira powder 1 tsp

  • dhania powder 1 tsp

  • lal mirch powder 2 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

    1st marinate the chicken

    Poppy seeds,chal magaj , peanuts make paste,Nd onion paste

    Then marinated the chicken all spices nd paste with salt

    Nd cover it from 1 hour

    Now take a kadhai put oil

    Then add bay leaves,

    Nd marinated chicken put in kadhai

    Now cook in medium flame,while separate oil

    When all masala nd chicken r cooked well then add some water of it.

    And make a thick paste

    Now off d flame nd serve hot with tandoori roti, rumali roti.
