Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs chicken leg and thighs pieces


  • 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups lemon juice


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1/2 cups cashew nuts


  • 1/2 cups cream


  • 1 cups coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 7-8 nos green chillies


  • 2 pinch green color


  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  • Wash and drain chicken properly. Give light slant cuts to leg and thigh pieces.
  • Roast cashew nuts and green chillies. Grind them along with coriander leaves. Make a fine smooth paste. You can add 2-3 tbsp water if needed.
  • In a mixing bowl, add curd, cream, salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and green color. give it a nice mix.
  • Add in green chilly paste. Mix it well.
  • Marinate chicken with this mixture. Rest it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Cook them in a microwave oven on a high mode for 18 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Place these pieces. And let all the water dries.
  • Serve it hot to your family and guests.
