Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chicken leg and thighs pieces 1 kgs

  • ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp

  • lemon juice 1/2 cups

  • curd 1 cups

  • Cashew nuts 1/2 cups

  • cream 1/2 cups

  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 cups

  • salt 1 tsp

  • green chillies 7-8 nos

  • Green Color 2 pinch

  • Butter 2 tbsp

Directions

    Wash and drain chicken properly. Give light slant cuts to leg and thigh pieces.

    Roast cashew nuts and green chillies. Grind them along with coriander leaves. Make a fine smooth paste. You can add 2-3 tbsp water if needed.

    In a mixing bowl, add curd, cream, salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and green color. give it a nice mix.

    Add in green chilly paste. Mix it well.

    Marinate chicken with this mixture. Rest it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.

    Cook them in a microwave oven on a high mode for 18 minutes.

    Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Place these pieces. And let all the water dries.

    Serve it hot to your family and guests.
