  • Chicken (with bone) 1 kgs

  • small Raw Mango Paste 2 nos

  • Onion(chopped-medium size) 4 nos

  • Ginger-Garlic Paste 8 tbsp

  • Green Chili Paste-as per taste 3 tbsp

  • Kashmir Red Chili Powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1-2 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • Coriander Leaves(chopped) 3 tbsp

  • Sahi Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Water- as required 3 cups

  • White oil 250 ml

  • Whole Dried Red Chilli 2 piece

    Clean chicken pieces.. In a kadhai heat white oil , add dried red chillies.. saute.. Add chopped onions.. add little bit sugar so that onion gets colour.. add cleaned chicken pieces and fry along with onions.. After 5 minutes, add ginger-garlic and green chilli paste.. fry them until oil separates.. then add kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder.. add little water.. so that spices get cooked.. after that add raw mango paste (sweet-sour mango).. mix them well and cover for 5 minutes.. when oil separates add water (as required to cook chicken).. cover and cook until chicken fully done.. when half done add salt and may add 2-3 slit green chillies.. cover and let it cook fully.. Finally add chopped coriander leaves, sugar as per taste and sahi garam masala powder.. Cover.. give it a standing time.. serve with boiled rice, parathas.. Enjoy ☺
