Mix the chicken paste with lemon juice,onion paste,ginger,garlic paste,garam masala powder ,chopped coriander leaves,mint leaves, chilli paste, lemon juice , and salt.
Make a dough out of it.
Add bread crumbs into the mixture and make smalls kebabs like shape from it.
On a bowl crush the cornflakes and mix pinch of salt into it.
Now roll small kebabs into the crushed cornflakes and coat it nicely.
Heat a grill pan and brush some oil into it and fry the kebabs on medium heat.
Fry the sides of the kebabs by fliping both the sides equally until crunchy.
Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce of your own choice.
I served it with chilli mustard sauce.
