Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 250 gms chicken breast paste


  • 1/2 cups chopped fresh coriander leaves


  • 1/2 cups chopped fresh mint leaves


  • 1/2 nos onion:big paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger


  • 1/2 tsp green chili paste


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs


  • 1/2 cups cornflakes


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp refined oil

Directions

  • Mix the chicken paste with lemon juice,onion paste,ginger,garlic paste,garam masala powder ,chopped coriander leaves,mint leaves, chilli paste, lemon juice , and salt.
  • Make a dough out of it.
  • Add bread crumbs into the mixture and make smalls kebabs like shape from it.
  • On a bowl crush the cornflakes and mix pinch of salt into it.
  • Now roll small kebabs into the crushed cornflakes and coat it nicely.
  • Heat a grill pan and brush some oil into it and fry the kebabs on medium heat.
  • Fry the sides of the kebabs by fliping both the sides equally until crunchy.
  • Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce of your own choice.
  • I served it with chilli mustard sauce.
