Semolina 1/2 cups
Yoghurt 1/2 cups
Rice Flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
Take a bowl add semolina then add rice flour and yogurt mix it well.
Add salt to taste and water to make liquidy batter.
Keep this mixture aside for 15min.
After 15min mix it well then take a pan add oil then clean the pan with cloth.
Put 1spoon batter in centre then spread it in round shape.
Cook for 3-4min on medium high flame or till it crunchy.
Fold it and serve it with sambar and chutney.
Yummilicious South Indian breakfast is ready.
