Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs chicken


  • 1 cups fresh cream


  • 1/2 nos freshly grated coconut


  • 1 pinch fenugreek seeds


  • 1 pinch kasuri methi


  • 2 tsp cashew paste


  • 2-3 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp salt(as per taste)


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos onion,boiled and puree


  • 1/2 cups pure ghee

Directions

  • merinate chicken with curd, salt pepper, garam masala and ginger garlic paste and shallow fry them on tawa.and keep aside.
  • heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds, saute onion puree for a minute until oil separates.
  • add cashew paste and coconut and cook with little water if required
  • now add salt and peppercorns, some ginger garlic paste and garam masala
  • now add chicken and little water and cook for 5minuts.
  • switch of the flame and now add heavy cream and kasuri methi to it.
