Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken 1 kgs

  • Fresh Cream 1 cups

  • Freshly Grated Coconut 1/2 nos

  • Fenugreek Seeds 1 pinch

  • kasuri methi 1 pinch

  • Cashew Paste 2 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2-3 tsp

  • Curd 1/2 cups

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt(as per taste) 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Onion,Boiled and Puree 2 nos

  • Pure Ghee 1/2 cups

Directions

  • 01

    merinate chicken with curd, salt pepper, garam masala and ginger garlic paste and shallow fry them on tawa.and keep aside.

    heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds, saute onion puree for a minute until oil separates.

  • 03

    add cashew paste and coconut and cook with little water if required

  • 04

    now add salt and peppercorns, some ginger garlic paste and garam masala

  • 05

    now add chicken and little water and cook for 5minuts.

  • 06

    switch of the flame and now add heavy cream and kasuri methi to it.
