Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs chicken


  • 1/2 cups almond and cashews paste


  • 2 cups tomatoe puree


  • 1 cups onion paste


  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste


  • 2 nos bay leaves


  • 5-6 nos pepper corns


  • 2-3 nos cardamom


  • 2-3 nos cloves


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1/2 cups mustard oil


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 10 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 nos lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 10 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp deggi mirch

Directions

  • Heat mastard oil in a cooker and add cardamom cinnamon cloves cumin and ginger garlic paste
  • Now add onion paste and saute
  • Add cashew almond paste and little water
  • Add corriander turmeric salt pepper garam masala and tomatoe puree
  • Now add curd and chicken and saute until oil separates
  • Add water as required and cook
  • Serve hot with naan or roti and garnish with corriander leaves
