Ingredients
Serves 4
chicken 1 kgs
almond and cashews paste 1/2 cups
tomatoe puree 2 cups
onion paste 1 cups
ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp
Bay Leaves 2 nos
Pepper Corns 5-6 nos
Cardamom 2-3 nos
Cloves 2-3 nos
Curd 1/2 cups
Mustard Oil 1/2 cups
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 10 tsp
Lemon Juice 1/2 nos
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 10 tsp
Deggi Mirch 1/2 tsp
Directions
Heat mastard oil in a cooker and add cardamom cinnamon cloves cumin and ginger garlic paste
Now add onion paste and saute
Add cashew almond paste and little water
Add corriander turmeric salt pepper garam masala and tomatoe puree
Now add curd and chicken and saute until oil separates
Add water as required and cook
Serve hot with naan or roti and garnish with corriander leaves
