  • 200 gms kathal( raw jackfruit) 3 onions chopped, 3 tomatoes puree, curd 1/2 cup, haldi 1/2 tsp red chillies powder 1 tsp , dhania powder 2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp salt to taste, oil 2 tbsp, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.

    steam the kathal pcs, in a wok add oil add onions n saute , add ginger garlic paste n saute till light brown, add tomatoes puree add all the dry masala n on full flame add curd n keep stirring till done n oil comes up. then add kathal n 1/2 cup water, cover n cook for 5-7 mins till thick gravy , add salt to taste.. serve hot with Parathas­čśŐ..
