Heat oil. Caramelize onions by adding curry leaves till dark golden color. keep some for garnishing.
Roast dabba masala. and make fine paste of this masala. if necessary add 1 or 2 tsp water.
Heat oil. Add in chicken. add ginger garlic paste. add above paste and salt. mix it well. add some water and cook till chicken is tender.
Meanwhile keep aside boiled noodles, sliced tomatoes and boiled eggs.
Assembling: In a serving bowl, add chicken with gravy. (keep some gravy for further garnishing) then chopped Cilantro. then set noodles with remaining gravy. now set tomatoes and sliced eggs. and finally some more chopped Cilantro.
