Chicken Marination:bonelss chicken cut in small pieces 500 gms
curd 200 gms
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp
garam masala 1 pinch
red color 1 pinch
For Gravy:onions cut in 4th medium sized cubes 3 nos
tomatoes cut in 4th 3 nos
cashew nuts 1/2 cups
butter 50 gms
red chilly powder 1 tsp
oil 3 tbsp
water 1 cups
dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Mix chicken with above ingredients and boil it till it gets cooked.
In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and sauté onions and tomatoes. let it cool.
Grind them along with cashew nuts. Make a fine paste.
Heat oil and butter in a wok. Add above paste and and red chilly powder. cook till oil comes on the surface.
Now add boiled chicken and water and mix it well.
Cook till you get thick curry.
Now rub fenugreek leaves on it and give it a smoke.
Serve it hot with chapati or Naan.
