Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 500 gms chicken marination:bonelss chicken cut in small pieces


  • 200 gms curd


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 pinch garam masala


  • 1 pinch red color


  • 3 nos for gravy:onions cut in 4th medium sized cubes


  • 3 nos tomatoes cut in 4th


  • 1/2 cups cashew nuts


  • 50 gms butter


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves

Directions

  • Mix chicken with above ingredients and boil it till it gets cooked.
  • In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and sauté onions and tomatoes. let it cool.
  • Grind them along with cashew nuts. Make a fine paste.
  • Heat oil and butter in a wok. Add above paste and and red chilly powder. cook till oil comes on the surface.
  • Now add boiled chicken and water and mix it well.
  • Cook till you get thick curry.
  • Now rub fenugreek leaves on it and give it a smoke.
  • Serve it hot with chapati or Naan.
