Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 kgs for marinade:chicken breast cut into long strips


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 nos chicken masala half packet(optional)


  • 1 nos lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp for sauce: soya sauce


  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 5-6 nos chopped garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp spring onion for garnishing


  • 1 tbsp black pepper pd


  • 2 tbsp schezwan chutney


  • 5-6 tbsp oil for deep frying


  • 1 tsp oil for sauce mixture

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with all the ingredients given... Keep it aside for 15 mins
  • Take satay sticks nd put the strips in it
  • Then deep fry it on medium flame 5 mins each on both sides
  • In another kadhai put oil , chopped garlic , put all the sauce mixture nd after one boil put the satay chicken sticks in it
  • After 2 mins remove it nd serve with spring onions.
