Ingredients

Serves 5

  • for marinade:chicken breast cut into long strips 1/2 kgs

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Cornflour 1 tbsp

  • Chicken Masala half packet(optional) 1 nos

  • Lemon Juice 1 nos

  • for sauce: Soya sauce 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli sauce 1 tsp

  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp

  • Chopped garlic cloves 5-6 nos

  • Spring onion for garnishing 1 tsp

  • Black pepper pd 1 tbsp

  • Schezwan Chutney 2 tbsp

  • Oil for deep frying 5-6 tbsp

  • Oil for Sauce Mixture 1 tsp

Directions

    Marinate chicken with all the ingredients given... Keep it aside for 15 mins

  • 02

    Take satay sticks nd put the strips in it

  • 03

    Then deep fry it on medium flame 5 mins each on both sides

  • 04

    In another kadhai put oil , chopped garlic , put all the sauce mixture nd after one boil put the satay chicken sticks in it

  • 05

    After 2 mins remove it nd serve with spring onions.
