Ingredients
Serves 4
Butter 100 gms
Green chilli (finely chopped) 1 piece
Ginger (grated) 1 inch
Garlic cloves (finely chopped) 8 nos
Onion medium sized (finely chopped) 2 nos
Tomato medium sized (finely chopped) 2 nos
turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Potato medium sized (boiled and mashed) 4 nos
Spinach (finely chopped) 1 cups
Carrot medium sized (finely chopped) 2 nos
green peas 1/4 cups
Cabbage (finely chopped) 1 cups
pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Pav 4 piece
Directions
Take a cooker add potato, spinach, carrot, cabbage and 1/2glass water cook for 2 whistle.
Drain the water and keep it aside.
Take a pan add butter then add green chilli saute then add ginger garlic fry for 30sec.
Add onion fry for 1min then add green peas fry for 1min more.
Add capsicum fry for 1min then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt fry for 2min.
Add boiled vegetables fry for 5min on medium flame.
Add pav bhaji masala fry for 5min then add 1cup water and sprinkle coriander leaves cook for 2min then add lemon juice mix it well then turn off the flame.
Take another pan add 1/2 teaspoon butter then roast the pav bread.
Yummilicious Mumbai style Pav Bhaji is ready to serve.
