Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Potato - medium sized (boiled and mashed ) 4 nos

  • Oil 1 cups

  • Onion-medium sized (finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Capsicum-small size (finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Gram masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger (grated) 1/2 inch

  • Garlic cloves(finely chopped) 2 nos

  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp

  • Green chilli (finely chopped) 1 piece

  • Vercimli 1 cups

  • All purpose flour 2 tbsp

  • Bread crumbs 1 tbsp

  • Panner (grated) 1/2 cups

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • Sezwan chutney 1 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take a bowl add paneer then add black pepper powder and salt to taste mix it well and keep it aside.

    Take a bowl add potato then add onion, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, salt to taste, gram masala powder, capsicum, bread crumbs mix it well.

    Take a bowl add all purpose flour then 5tablespoon water mix it well.

    Make katori from the potatoes mixture then dip it into the all purpose flour mix then coat it with vermicelli.

    Take a pan add oil then fry all the katori till it golden brown.

    Take a serving plate first put potato katori then spread Sezwan chutney on katori then make ball from the Paneer mixture.

    Put the Paneer ball on katori and garnish it with coriander leaves.

    Delicious snacks panner balls in potato nest is ready to serve.
