Potato -medium sized (boiled and mashed) 2 nos
Oil 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Achari masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Bread slices 4 nos
Sauce 1 tbsp
Take a pan add oil then add potato fry for 2min then add salt, turmeric powder, achari masala fry for 5min.
Take 2slices of bread cut it in centre with the help of cookie cutter.
For sandwich take full slices of bread then spread sauce on it then put ring shape bread on it.
Fill the hole with potato mixture.
Decorate it with sauce and cucumber.
Yummilicious snacks Achari Bread is ready to serve.
