Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Black gram(soaked overnight) 1 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • green chilli 1 piece

  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

  • Green Cardamom 2 piece

  • Onion-medium sized (finely chopped) 2 nos

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Chana masala 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take a cooker add gram then add 1/2cup water and cook till 2 whistle.

    Turn off the flame and drain the water.

    Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds, cardamom pots, green chilli saute.

    Add onion fry for 2min then add ginger garlic paste fry for 1min more.

    Add chana masala, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder fry for 2min.

    Add boiled gram fry for 5min.

    Add coriander leaves mix it well then turn off the flame.

    Train Special chana jor gram is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves.
