First wash chicken and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Add chicken pieces in a vessel, add ginger garlic paste salt, chilli powder, chat masala, red chilli sauce, lemon juice, butter and mix well.
add cornflour and all purpose flour, mix well.
Wash and peel the potato and cut into thin slices, keep in salted water.
Skew some chicken pieces in the centre of each potato slice
Now preheat the oven, I have hallogen oven, grill this pieces.
Grilled it till the color get dark golden brown
Serve hot with chutney or cheese dip.
