Ingredients
Serves 4
Pasta 1 cups
Butter 1 tbsp
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Cheese(grated) 1/2 cups
Oregano 1 tsp
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Capsicum-medium sized(finely chopped) 1 nos
Onion(medium sized-finely chopped) 1 nos
Carrot (medium sized-finely chopped) 1 nos
Corn(boiled) 1/4 cups
Oil 1 tbsp
Directions
First we make white sauce.. Take a pan add butter then add all purpose flour fry for 1min then add milk cook for 2min then add cheese Cook till it thick.
Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes mix it well then turn off the flame.
Take a pan add oil then add onion and carrot fry for 1min then add capsicum, corn fry for 2min.
Take another pan add 3cup water then add pasta and boil it on medium flame for 5-7min then seive it
Add boiled pasta in capsicum pan fry for 5min.
Add white sauce in it mix it well then sprinkle salt turn off the flame.
Take a tin add pasta in it then sprinkle cheese over it then sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
Preheat the oven for 10min then put the tin in oven and bake for 10min.
After 10min demould it and serve it by garnish of basil leaves.
