  • Boneless chicken 500gm

  • Fresh cream 1cup

  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Ginger paste 1tsp

  • Processed chesse 1/2cup

  • Black pepper powder 1tsp

  • Nutmeg powder 1 pinch

  • Cornflour 1/2tsp

  • Green Cardamom powder 1 pinch

  • Kasturi Meethi 1/2tsp

  • Salt to taste 1/2tsp

  • Oil for frying 2 tsp

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

    Add cleaned chicken, ginger,garlic paste,nutmeg powder,lemon juice,salt and black pepper powder in a mixing bowl and set aside for 20mins.

    Mash the chesse in a bowl,add corn starch mix well.

    Add marinated chicken and green Cardamom powder to mashed chesse and corn starch mix. And mix all ingridents together.

    Now add cream and kasturi meethi mix gently.And Keep the to marinate for 30 mins.

    Now string the marinated chicken into the skewers and place them on a greased baking tray and apply the remaining marinade on them and place them on pre heated oven.

    Cook them turning into the sides for 20 mins or till evenly done.

    Serve the chicken hot with green chutney and salad
