Ingredients

  • Chicken legs- 4

  • Egg-1

  • Corn flour -2tbsp

  • Garlic 3 tbsp finely chopped

  • Ginger 3 tbsp finely chopped

  • Soya sause-2 tbsp

  • Vinegar -2tsp

  • Salt -3 to 4 tsp

  • black Pepper -4 tbsp

  • White pepper -2 tbsp

  • Green chillies -3 to 4 finely chopped

  • Curry leaves 2 tbsp

  • Onion -3 no.s

Directions

    wash chicken legs n drain off the water

  • 02

    Now beat the egg and add cornflour n salt into the egg mix it well marinate the leg pieces with this mixture for 5 to 10 mins

    Add oil to a hot pan, add the marinated chicken legs into oil Fry till the legs turn golden brown

    When it's done take and keep it aside

    Now add oil to the hot pan add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chillies and fry till the raw smell of ginger garlic goes off

    Add onions and fry till they turn golden

  • 07

    when it's done add 2 tbsp of soya sause, 2 tsp of vinegar, salt to taste, black pepper, white pepper and little water

    Now add the fried chicken into this and fry well

  • 09

    Add curry leaves and saute for few mintues

  • 10

    Serve pepper Chicken hot with rice and rasam
