Grate potatoes in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper, corriander powder and corn flour in it. Mix well and keep aside.
Heat one table spoon oil in a pan.
Add urad dal wadi in it and roast it until golden brown.
Drain out on absorbent paper and put it in water. Keep aside for five minutes so it become soft.
Drain out and mash it properly.
Add salt, ginger and green chilly in it. mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take some mixture from potatoes and flatten them with your palm.
Add one spoon urad dal stuffing on it and fold it carefully. press it with ur palm.
Deep fry these tikkies until golden brown.
Drain out on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tamarind sauce.
