First peel the bottle gourd, wash it and cut it into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pressure-cooker, add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies into it, saute it, then add bottle gourd into it, fry it for 2 minutes.
Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt into it. Mix it and then cook it few seconds.
Add 1/2cup of water into it and cook it for 2-3 whistle on medium flame and then switch off the flame.
When the cooker releases its steam, then open it and dry the water of the sabzi on high flame and then switch off the flame and then serve it.
