  • Cottage Cheese 400 gms

  • onion 3-4 nos

  • tomato 2 nos

  • Coriander leaves chopped 4-5 tbsp

  • green chilli 4-5 nos

  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp

  • Garlic crushed 2 tbsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp

  • Cloves 4-5 nos

  • Bay leaf 2 nos

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 tsp

  • Cooking Oil 2 cups

    Grate or crumble the cottage cheese. Chop onions,ginger, tomatoes, and coriander leaves. Crush the garlic cloves. Slit the green chilli in half.

    Heat oil in a kadhai, add bay leaf, cloves and cumin seeds, saute it well.

    Add green chillies, saute it and then add chopped onions into it, cook till onions turn golden,then add ginger and garlic into it, cook it for 2 minutes.

    Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt into it. Cook it for 1 min on low-medium flame. Then add chopped tomatoes into it. Cook it on medium flame till the tomatoes become little soft.

    Then add grated or crumble cottage cheese and chopped coriander leaves into it. Mix it well on medium-high flame for few seconds and then switch off the flame.

    Serve hot garnished with a coriander sprig.
